HOW TO MAKE MUMMIES FROM CARDBOARD TUBES
Materials
- Cardboard tubes
- Paint/brushes
- Googly eyes
- Gauze
- Glue/scissors
- Construction paper
Method
- Begin by rummaging though the recycling for cardboard tubes as well as any other items that you might be able to use. You can also start with crafting tubes.
- Have children paint the tubes black. Then, allow the paint to dry. You can alternatively use black construction paper and wrap the tubes or start with black craft tubes.
- Add googly eyes. Then, wrap the tubes using white gauze.
- Secure the gauze and trim any access pieces. Glue loose ends where needed and allow your mummies to dry.
